4. Describe one recent reporting or imaging-service responsibility. State the date or month, your personal responsibility and supervision. Do not include patient-identifying information.
5. How do you communicate an urgent finding and document that communication?
6. Which PACS/RIS/reporting systems and modalities have you used? Distinguish diagnostic reporting from interventional experience.
7. Can you type digital prescriptions with diagnosis and medicines for every patient you treat and forward them to Reception? Which systems have you used?
8. Describe one responsibility you held in clinical audit, quality improvement, infection control or NABH activity.
