4. Describe one recent ophthalmic examination or procedure workflow. State the date or month, your personal responsibility and supervision. Do not include patient-identifying information.
5. How do you coordinate urgent review or referral for findings beyond your present scope or facility support?
6. Which diagnostic and surgical systems have you used? Specify cataract techniques or other procedures only if actually performed.
7. Can you type digital prescriptions with diagnosis and medicines for every patient you treat and forward them to Reception? Which systems have you used?
8. Describe one responsibility you held in clinical audit, quality improvement, infection control or NABH activity.
