Questions for Nursing Staff

After your contact details and qualifications, you'll answer these 8 role questions:

  1. Which units have you worked in, and for how many months in each?
  2. What was your usual shift responsibility? Include the number of patients assigned and the supervision available.
  3. Rate your experience for each task below.
  4. Which devices and nursing record systems have you used? State the tasks you personally performed.
  5. For one task above, state when you last performed it, how often, and whether it was supervised.
  6. During handover, you find an unclear medication entry. What would you check and whom would you contact? Do not include patient details.
  7. Can you independently enter nursing notes in HIMS?
  8. Have you worked with NABH processes? If yes, describe one responsibility such as documentation, an audit or infection control.
