After your contact details and qualifications, you'll answer these 8 role questions:

1. Which laboratory sections have you worked in? State completed months in each.
2. Which analyser makes/models and laboratory software have you used?
3. Rate your experience for each task below.
4. Approximately how many samples did you handle per shift, and what was your own responsibility?
5. For one test workflow, state your role, supervision, frequency and when you last performed it. Do not include patient results.
6. A sample label does not match the request. What would you do before processing it?
7. Can you enter results and records in LIS/HIMS within the approval workflow?
8. Describe any quality-control or NABH documentation responsibility you held.
