4. Describe your responsibility in one recent emergency-care workflow. State the date or month, your personal responsibility and supervision. Do not include patient-identifying information.
5. How would you prioritise escalation and team communication when several urgent patients arrive together?
6. List relevant emergency-care training or certificates with completion/expiry dates if applicable. Do not list training not completed.
7. Can you type digital prescriptions with diagnosis and medicines for every patient you treat and forward them to Reception? Which systems have you used?
8. Describe one responsibility you held in clinical audit, quality improvement, infection control or NABH activity.
